An Ethiopian Chair (SOLD)

This finely carved chair made from one piece of wood has a tripod base with vertical poles supporting the dish shaped seat with a high back support cut out to give a geometric design. This particular style of chair is found in the region of Gourage about 150 kms south of the capital Addis Ababa.
